At Just Car Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5 business days.
